I've always had a knack for noticing small details about people. I will always remember my friend's coffee orders (substitutions included!), favorite lines in songs, perfume scents and other seemingly minuscule details. While these details are tiny, they matter to the individual beholding them, and they matter to me. I'm a big believer in paying attention, active listening, and learning the back story. I incorporate this intentionality into my photos as well. These details matter to me because they matter to you!

MY CLIENTS TEND TO COME BACK TIME AND TIME AGAIN SO IT'S NOT A RARITY THAT I LEAVE A SESSION KNOWING THAT YOU NAMED YOUR CHILD AFTER A SONG (OR TWO!) BY ONE OF YOUR FAVORITE BANDS OR THAT I LEAVE A WEDDING WITH EIGHT NEW BRIDESMAID BESTIES WHO WERE COMPLETE STRANGERS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY! IT'S A BLESSING TO BE ABLE TO CONNECT WITH NEW PEOPLE, HEAR THEIR STORIES, CAPTURE THEIR PHOTOS, AND THEN CONTINUE TO WATCH THE STORY UNFOLD AS WE GO THROUGH LIFE TOGETHER - ALL WHILE UPDATING YOUR PHOTOS ALONG THE WAY!
